Phone calls are recorded

Calls to (301) 756-1313 are recorded. Our phone provider also logs the calling number, the time and the length of each call. We use recordings and call logs to connect you with the right restoration crew, to check the quality of the help you received and to resolve any questions about a call later.

What you tell us, and who we share it with

On a call you may give us your name, phone number, address and a description of the damage. We pass these details to the independent local restoration professional we connect you with, so they can contact you and do the work. That contractor handles your information under its own practices.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your call.

This website

• We do not set cookies and do not run analytics or advertising scripts.
• Page text is displayed in fonts loaded from Google Fonts, and photographs are loaded from Pexels. Your browser connects to those services to fetch them, which shares your IP address and basic browser information with them under their own privacy policies.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep call recordings and details only as long as we need them for the purposes above, or longer where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can call us to ask what we hold about your call, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We will do so unless we need to keep it for a legal reason. This website is not directed at children.

If this notice changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
